The IT Service Management dashboard is based on ITIL Service Management practices. It supports the Incident and Change Management process. The IT Service Management dashboard shows trending information about open and closed incidents, backlog growth, it forecast needed staffing and so on. KPI Performance Management delivers connectors for out-of-the-box data load from TOPdesk and other ITSM applications.
Together with the ASL & BiSL foundation in the Netherlands we have developed trending dashboards in line with the ASL & BiSL frame work and KPI’s. It can connect to the underlying ITSM applications and provides connectors. On request we can also cater for service management processes organized on CATS, ISM, FSM. Since they have a big overlap data and KPI wise with the above service management processes and are implemented with the same ITSM tools.
