CHALLENGES
I report to the director Operations and dotted to the board. I translate requirements from users within our organization to Service Level Agreements and ICT services.

NEEDS
Service Management tooling with Self service facilities and dashboards to demonstrate IT controls.

RESULT
It is my responsibility to guarantee stability and reliability of our key ICT systems, to enable us to maintain the standard we have set for health care.

SOLUTION
Daily use of the IT Service Management dashboard to manage the IT department. During any time of day, there is a recent overview of our performance. While implementing our Electronic Patient Record software, we could always track our performance on operational level.
